This Company is seeking to develop a Hotel Training School and Resort on the island of Phu Quoc in Vietnam. The CEO for the Company is Bill Van Den Broek and he, in turn, has the right to use the teaching material in Vietnam for Regency Hospitality and Hotel Training School from Adelaide, South Australia. The Company is well advanced regarding the securing of a 50 year land lease from the Government of Vietnam and is also negotiating an operating license. The fact that the Hotel School has been linked to the operation of a Tourist Resort on Phu Quoc has negated the need to have a local Vietnamese investor. We believe that this is the first such venture to achieve this exemption in Vietnam. I am currently evaluating the financials for the venture and, assuming it makes commercial sense, then I will be seeking bank finance, working closely through international banks in Saigon.

This Company has secured the rights to sell Rochem http://www.rochem.de technology in Taiwan. The opportunity originally arose through AMZ Holdings Plc, formerly Amazing Holdings Plc, who needed to have a solution to achieve zero discharge from its planned development in the Penghu Islands, Taiwan. Rochem’s technology was the only technology capable of achieve a zero discharge and its use formed part of the Environmental Impact Study carried out by AMZ’s Taiwanese subsidiary. The Company has been dormant for the past few years but is currently being restructured with a view to taking forward other opportunities within Taiwan. The Company is also seeking to progress certain opportunities, working with Rochem, in China.
