How to Apply

Before continuing please be sure you have read and understood the following terms of business.

You meet the following criteria:

  • Legal business venture
  • A new applicant. You have not contacted about investment in the last 2 years and been rejected
  • Looking for investment between £50,000 and £100,000. (up to £200,000 in special cases)
  • Able to carry out all communications in fluent English.
  • All transactions and costs in UK Pound Sterling or the US Dollar

You have the following at hand:

  • Company's details
  • Owner's details (being shareholders with ownership greater than 5%)
  • Director's details
  • Executive Summary

Your full Business Plan must also have been completed and be ready to deliver. It will not, however, be required at this stage, but it will be requested if your initial application is successful.

Finally, you are aware of the Arrangement Fee of 2.5% (plus VAT if applicable) to be paid within 24 months of investment. This is not deducted from the investment, and will not be charged if your application is unsuccessful.
